We have empowered our school nutrition users to take ownership of their installations. Not only do we provide education and the tools for them to do their jobs successfully; we have helped them to streamline their processes, to make the most of their district’s technology resources and to understand the most effective ways to use all that LunchBox has to offer a school nutrition operation.

     We have strengthened our LunchBox training offerings, providing more and diverse options that are convenient, customizable and affordable.

• LunchBox U: a comprehensive training program for the entire LunchBox Suite. 

• A dedicated LunchBox U Coordinator maintains a full, up-to-date set of training materials and a curriculum that is refreshed with each LunchBox release.   ALL LunchBox staff, not just Customer Care, but also those in sales and administration are required to attend LunchBox U.

• Sometimes travel is not an option.  Our free LunchBox webinars are delivered in a group setting over the phone and Internet. Our LunchBox experts cover the class material as effectively as they do “in person”.  The LunchBox webinar series has proven to be very popular. We continually refresh the material and include time-sensitive sessions for processes that are done only once a year.  

• Web training is now a regular part of LunchBox implementations. Both web-based and on-site training are available for all of our school nutrition customers.
