- We listened when they told us their budgets required more affordable training options. We responded by implementing a Webinar series that can be attended by multiple staff members at no cost to the district. The series provides continuing education and introduces users to new LunchBox functionality.
- We listened when they told us that staff turnover required more frequent training…and that even workers with experience need refresher training on processes like Verification that only happen once a year. We responded by including in our Webinar series basic training through courses such as “POS 101” and others on School Year-End, School Year Start-Up, Verification and other once-a-year processes.
- We listened when they told us that School Year Start-Up was the single most stressful time of year and asked us how we could lessen the anxiety and pressure. We responded by rescheduling major software updates, adding targeted Help Desk staff and supplementing our LunchBox implementation team, beefing up staff and customer product knowledge and improving our Customer Care processes.
